This mini Shetland hap is made in the traditional method of outside in. It is constructed in one of the traditional methods known as the 9-section method.

In Shetland a square shawl is called a hap.

It is a great way to practice the techniques required for a Shetland hap before you make a large one.

This mini hap includes knitted lace as well as lace knitting in its design.

Finished size 41cm x 41cm

Please note: This pattern does not include the instructions for The Betsy Join. The hap can be joined using your preferred method of grafting.
